Interpac named as a finalist in the 2026 Sustainability Awards

Interpac, the maker of the Interpac 1250, a low-carbon, cold corrugator designed to suit the space, the budget, and business needs of modern sheet converters, has just been announced as a finalist in the ‘Climate’ category of the Sustainability Awards 2026.  

The Sustainability Awards  exist to showcase the most impactful innovations and initiatives across the global packaging value chain. They look to accelerate the adoption of best practice and smarter technologies, while fostering collaboration and cross-fertilisation of ideas that deliver meaningful environmental progress.

The climate category is specifically for packaging innovations that drive resource efficiency, for example, through downgauging or reducing the carbon footprint of materials, or reducing the overall climate impact of a packaged product itself, without causing other unintended environmental impacts.

Interpac is delighted to have been selected as a finalist, as each submission is assessed by a diverse, international panel of leading sustainability and packaging experts, making this one of the most prestigious and influential global competitions for sustainable packaging.

Not only that, but we are joined as finalists this year in the climate category by HB Fuller, the supplier of our cold corrugating glue.  Their help has been instrumental in helping Interpac achieve its environmental aims and having them as finalists is another ringing endorsement of our cold corrugating technology.  Good luck to HB Fuller as well!

The winners of the 2026 awards will be revealed at the Sustainable Packaging Summit on 11th November in Utrecht, Netherlands and however the night goes, Interpac is very proud of being a finalist and of the recognition our cold corrugator has already received.
